Búi Dam is a director, actor and musician who grew up in the Faroe Island in a family of artists. He studied theatre directing at the Danich National School of Performing Arts, acting at the London School of Dramatic Art, and music at FÍH in Iceland. He was mentored by Indian poet and playwrite H.S. Shivaprakash and American jazz saxophon

Búi Dam is a director, actor and musician who grew up in the Faroe Island in a family of artists. He studied theatre directing at the Danich National School of Performing Arts, acting at the London School of Dramatic Art, and music at FÍH in Iceland. He was mentored by Indian poet and playwrite H.S. Shivaprakash and American jazz saxophonist John Purcell. He began his career as a jazz guitarist and composer, performing with renowned singer Eivør as well as other local musicians. Under the name BUDAM, he released two studio albums and toured extensively throughout Europe. He also composed music for several theater productions. He later transitioned fully into theater and film; acting, writing and directing. Dam's work has earned him several awards, including Best Short Film at Geyting Film Award (2020), Best Actor at the Winter Film Award in New York (2021) and the prestigious M. A. Jacobsen Award for his play Castle of Joy (2022).

Anny is a producer with extensive experience in project coordination, administration, and financial management. Trained as an accountant, she combines strong organisational and administrative skills with a creative background in theatre, having studied at the Copenhagen Film and Theatre School.

Anny is a producer with extensive experience in project coordination, administration, and financial management. Trained as an accountant, she combines strong organisational and administrative skills with a creative background in theatre, having studied at the Copenhagen Film and Theatre School.

Working across film, theatre, and cultural projects, Anny specialises in production management, project development, and coordination. With a solid understanding of both the creative and operational aspects of production, she helps bring artistic visions to life while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Durita Sumberg Poulsen holds an MA in Dramaturgy and Film from Aarhus University. Birita is her first feature film as a producer, and has served as Administrative Director since 2022.

At Det Ferosche Compagnie, Durita oversees management, production, strategy, finance, communications, and international touring. She brings extensive experience from Nordic and international performing arts collaborations, with a background in production management, dramaturgy, and project leadership across theatre, film, and cultural initiatives.

From 2022 to 2024, she served as Advisor to the Faroese Film Fund under the Ministry of Culture. Her previous roles include Producer at Hålogaland Teater, Project Manager of the Yggdrasil Nordic Theatre Network, and Production Manager and Dramaturg with Acting for Climate
